Returns

We guarantee to refund unworn or unwashed items when you return it in sellable condition, with the original receipt and packaging, within 15 days of your purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any return sent or communicated after the 15 day period or the return of any item which is not in the same condition as when received.

Seller Cancellation

Due to a high demand of goods during the Black Friday Sale, there is a possibility of your order getting cancelled and you will receive an email confirming the same. We will refund the invoiced amount of the product(s) ordered. However, we will not be providing any additional compensation to you in such an event.

    A few exceptions...

  • In the interest of hygiene, earrings, jewellery, sunglasses, hair accessories, cosmetics, socks and underwear may not be refunded or exchanged at any time.

How can I return my order?

You may return online orders free of cost. Kindly Login in Our website from My Orders section, click on the order for which you want to initiate a return. Your order details will then appear and you will be prompted to select the item(s) you wish to return. Please select the dropdown option which best describes the reason for your return. Click on submit and generate a return request. We shall arrange to get the product collected (free of cost) within 2-3 days and shall process refund of your money.

Purchases and orders placed in store can be returned in store only.

How long will it take for me to receive my refund?

If you purchased with a debit or credit card, you will see your refund within 2-5 business days from the processing date post receipt of product at our end. However, depending on your financial institution, it could take up to 10 business days for your funds to be reflected on your statement.

What is our return policy?

We guarantee to refund unworn or unwashed items with tags/labels intact and which is in sellable condition, with the original receipt and packaging, within 15 days of purchase. In case of prepaid orders, the refunds will be credited to the original method of payment and in case of COD, the refunds will be directly credited to the customer’s account. In the interest of hygiene; earrings, cosmetics and underwear may not be refunded or exchanged at any time. Swimwear may not be returned if the hygiene seal is broken. Products purchased online cannot be returned at the stores physically.

Items can only be returned in the country in which they were originally purchased.

Items purchased from other retailers, including department stores, should be returned to that particular store from which it was originally purchased and should be subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

How can I get a copy of me receipts?

A copy of your online order receipt should be included with your package. It may be found either on the inside or folded behind the shipping label on the exterior of the package. If you've misplaced it and need a new copy, simply log into the www.aldoshoes.in website and go to My Account section and you will be able to see your purchase history. Click on the product for which you want to print the invoice. You will be able to see “Generate Invoice” button. Click on it to generate your downloadable invoice. Alternatively, you can also send us a request by providing your order number via call or email us at estore@apparelgroup.in

For purchases made in store, you may have selected an e-receipt and can call us to obtain a copy. In the event that you chose a printed receipt we can't unfortunately duplicate it.

Do I need to pay to return my order?

We offer free shipping on all online returns.

How can a user request to delete their data?

The user can mail us at estore@apparelgroup.in to request the deletion of their data. It might take up to 7 days for processing the same.
